How to use this template?

Simple. Download the file first.

Set up month & year using the selection options on top. Enter details of your activities. As you make progress, mark things as done. The calendar view refreshes instantly so you can see what’s going on.

Column P & Q contain the calculations necessary to set up the calendar view.

Highlight calendar or list view ranges & check out conditional formatting rules to understand how they work.

  2. Thanks for the tip chandoo. I only think that we should have a data validation for ‘Years only’ in the cell (or a drop down). But nice worksheet and thanks for sharing with us in this awesome august!

  3. Hi I very interested in the Monthly planner, is there a way to add more than 1 entry per day – I have more than one activity per day.

    or is there another calenar tool to accomodate that?

  5. I want to convert PDF file into excel or word format. PDF file contains JPEG image and this image in in readable format means with full paragraph.
    I want to do with VBA marco or is there is any other where i can develop.
    As i am able to convert pdf into excel or word format except jpeg image.

    Please advice.
