My computer, Madhu as I call it got a major upgrade two days ago. The 6 year old marathon win2k, p3, 256mb, cd rw system is now a spanking new p4 3ghz, 512 mb ddr, 160 gb sata and dvd rw system with windows xp. I was really depressed to see the old with all the capacitor junk and infuriatingly long start-up delays. I think this config should keep me current for atleast 2007.

Don't want to ruin your party.. 😉 but I noticed that when you sort the list A2:B11 (step 2), the RAND function re-calculates the numbers so that they are different and in mixed order again. I had to paste the whole area as values first and then sort to get it to work.
Wonder if the same happened to you because in your list at least Greg has a higher value than Tom 🙂
