About Chandoo

My name is Purna Duggirala. Chandoo is my nickname. I have used the same for registering this website in 2004.

I’m Naseer, writting you from Vienna, Austria!!!
I’ve a bit problem with Excel counting days. I’m designing a simple monthly Roster! but can’t! i don’t think, if it’s a big deal, but the problem is, i have not enough Knowledge of Excel.
Would you mind help me, perhaps??

  3. I took Chandoo’s course two years ago for some summer learning. I love it. I’m a social studies teacher in middle school and I wanted to learn ways I could make the student data more visual and interactive. If your company of school is still using Microsoft like it is 1999, then you will love this site and course. Unfortunately, my district switch to Google with little to no warning and now the teachers are retooling. As painful as that is, many of the formulas and general approaches are similar. VBA, however, no longer applies, which is a drag. Enjoy this site, because you’ll learn a ton.

  4. Hi Chandoo,

I have used your site numerous times to answer questions. But how do I post a question? I have one that may not be possible without VBA or macros, and it’s interesting because Word has a field for it.

It is how to place a date that indicates the last date changed or edited. I know the 2 easy ones NOW & TODAY but I’ve scoured everywhere for a non-VBA solution with none to be found as of yet.

If you can please provide a section and category that would be suitable for this question I would appreciate it.

  5. Will VBA dies soon? Please have this answered because there is no proper answer found anywhere online or book or personal/commercial blogs.
