• No Cancellation policy as there are no physical goods.

Refund Policy

Chandoo.org believes that we make finest products when it comes Microsoft Excel learning & usage. So, all our products come with 30 day money-back guarantee. Our refund policy is as simple as it can get.

• For our courses, refund shall be provided if you did not download any materials. Once you download videos or workbooks, refund is not offered.
• If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund.

• To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within thirty (30) days of your purchase.
