That is Pittsburgh downtown from Mt. Washington during the night time. It looked like a huge party down there.

At Pointy Haired Dilbert, I have one goal, "to make you awesome in excel and charting". PHD is started in 2007 and today has 300+ articles and tutorials on using excel, making better charts. 
Great picture. I used to visit Pittsburgh regularly on business, and it was one of my favorite cities. I haven’t been in 7 or 8 years, though.
