1​	APPLICABLE ON $G$10:$G$18
2​	IF CELL VALUE OF H7 IS 1 THEN FOMAT ALL TEXT(G10:G18) WHITE
3​	IF CELL VALUE OF H7 IS 2 AND ANY CELL VALUE IS IN "-" THEN CELL TEXT IS RED OF PARTICULAR CELL

Select Conditional Formatting, New Rule, Use a Formula
use: =$H$7=1 and select White Font Color
The repeat the process
using =and($H$7=2,G10<0) as the formula
and apply the Red color
