entered in one cell and auto update another cells

i have 2 boxes .1st box depend 2nd box and now i want to update all data of 2nd box when i entered in cell c9 ("=c20").
is that possible through offset or how....?

1. Please do not write in Upper Case letters which is the equivalent of shouting. We are all friends here
2. Remove the merged cells and replace them with " center across selection". The result is the same but it's much easier to help you
