How to create code 128 in Excel, I want to create a special barcode that including my name, my contact number,is it possible?

In addition to what Narayank991 suggested please remember that there are a number of various standards for Bar Codes and you need to ensure you use the correct type

The answer is definitely yes.

1. Use the barcode font to create code 128 in excel sheet.

2. Use the office add-in for barcode creation in excel. It is easy to convert the data to barcode.

3. You may just have a try on some online converter :p
 
Code 128 is capable of encode Upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers and many other characters. So it is possible to encode personal information into it. To get a high quality image, a barcode add-in for Code128 will be a better choice!

Add-in for Excel is the simplest way to generate barcode in E-sheet. Of course, you can integrate barcode font into Excel too.
But I'm not sure I got ur meaning well by downloadable QR code for Excel. You might check the if this QR code Excel library is what you want.
