How can i put email id in once in email address

Sir i have lot of email id in excel sheet like this

kasjdlfj1958@yahoo.com
ljklhjlj586@gmail.in


so how can all email id together and put in email address like this
abcd@gmail.com;kasjdlfj1958@yahoo.com;ljklhjlj586@gmail.in

Hi Rahul,

Excel don't have CONCATENATION function which can work over a range. I think this is possible through VBA custom function. Are you OK with it?

Hi Rahul,

I am sure you have gone thru links shared by Hui for both type of solution.

I thought of sharing one more method, say you have all email IDs in col A,

step1. type ";" in col B for all the rows where you hav data in Col A.
step2. Copy both the columns together and paste in notepad.
step3. [optional]you can find and replace tab space with one space
step4. copy the data now from notepad and paste in outlook to address

if step 3 was not done, when you press cntrl+k in outlook, it will remove those tabbed spaces.
