Excel VBA : Time Counter (Pause/Resume)

Hi, need your valuable help. Attached is the file. On sheet1, yellow highlighted cells should show the running clock, not as per windows's time but starting with 00:00:01, then 00:00:02, then 00:00:03 and so on based on the Userform1 buttons. Basically sheet1 values should reflect on Userform1 Labels, and the Clock should act basis the buttons "Start Timer", "Pause Timer", "Stop Timer". Thank you so much for the help in advance.
