how can i get comma separation when i am using formula of this type

where in N2 say I have 1,52,500
and in M2 I have 11,200.

is there a short cut to move to the first row of a column. Say I am in cell G153 and I want to quicly move to G1. Also there are some cells in between G1 and G153 which are empty so cntrl + up arrow will not work.

say i have got following things in the cells

In cell d1 i want to display 20 inch X 40 ft
I can use =a1&b1&c1 in cell d1 and it gives 20X40.
Further i can format cell d1 as @ "ft" and it gives 20X40ft.
But is there any way where I can also get the "inch"...

I want to insert "-" (without inverted commas) in cells which are blank using conditional formatting. I am using the formula =isblank(a4) ,where say a4 is the blank cell , and putting "-" in custom number format but its not working.

I just want to know if I put 3000 i am not getting the result. I have to put 3,000.00 to get the correct result.
But with greater than result comes with 3000 (no need to type 3,000.00)
