pasting in filtered data

dear all,
I have some data in a column which I want to paste in a filtered table in different sheet.
How can this be done.

Is the item to be copied a single cell, or multiple cells?
If single, select destination, hit Alt+; to select only visible cells and paste.

If multiple, is it the same size as filtered? Is the source filtered as well, or completely different sheets?

The data to be copied is not filtered. It is in continuous cells. I want to put this data in a filtered table

I'm afraid it can't be done then with the basic setup, but you should be able to manipulate the filter to get the data all together, thus allowing you to paste the info in.
