XLookup Formula error

I am working in Office 365 in a multi tab Excel workbook which has successful XLookup formulas in other tables but now I am getting this formatting issue in a table - the formula keeps getting a leading '. Any suggestions are appreciated.

'=XLOOKUP([Order '#],'PS-MARKETPLACE JOURNALS'!$V$2:$V$13595, 'PS-MARKETPLACE JOURNALS'!$A$2:$A$13859)

The two row numbers i have highlighted
=XLOOKUP([Order '#],'PS-MARKETPLACE JOURNALS'!$V$2:$V$13595, 'PS-MARKETPLACE JOURNALS'!$A$2:$A$13859)

should be the same value
