So I managed to do something weird to the view of one worksheet in my spreadsheet. I never saw it before, I have no idea how I did it, and I can't figure out how to make it go away again.
It's some sort of scroll bar freeze control. I spent an hour Googling all sorts of permutations of likely-sounding words and got nowhere. So I'm trusting someone here will know the answer. I attached two screenshots.

If I click on the minus in the firstscreenshot, the scroll bar "locks" at the current position and effectively hides all columns to the left; the view then looks like the second screenshot. If I click on the plus in the second screenshot, the worksheet "opens up" and the scroll bar works as normal. Either way, I have those four little boxes numbered 1-4 on the LHS, and the line with +/- at the RHS, between the top of the data and the bottom of the formula bar. And I want them please to go away ...
Does anyone know how I managed to do this, and even more importantly, how I can undo it again? It's benign, but infuriating!
TIA,
Andy
