What is this Poll and what is used for?

Hi Team,

What is this poll, what is it used for.

Is there any option other than OK?

The Poll is as it suggests for running Poll's of Questions
You can use any text as a question, You must have left the fields blank to get two Ok's

I did not start the poll, I just clicked to open the thread and that screen popped up, did I do something wrong, Hit or Click something?
