I am glad that Narayan has found you a solution

Nowhere in your descriptions have you mentioned to generate a list of numbers and so it appears that you wanted the list in Column A re-arranged, swapping the middle x numbers for the last y digits and vise versa, which could have been done with either VBA or a formula, probably simpler with VBA

When asking questions you have to assume that we know nothing of your problem or your business.

Explain the question as you would to a totally naive person
