SUMIFS for matching IDs between two time periods

They are two formulas to determine which column to read from the pivot table. They contain the total number of available apartments per each size, ID and region

Where are they ?

Sorry maybe i wasn't clear enough, they are defined names in the name manager in the last excel i uploaded

I didn't see them in the name mgr?

Oops, sorry about that i uploaded an older version of the excel (using my phone now) . Anyhow, it is the same for H1_Range and H2_Range (the values in H1_Range that are higher than the values available in H2_Range leaving the other criteria intact). I edited the original post
