Struggling with the Math

I have a problem with trying to work out a complex sum

if some body pick 25 items in 1 hour 25 minutes and of that 16 min are waste time.. how many would he have picked had the waste time been removed.

i am producing a time and motion study and i am stumped i have attached a real example

if you work it out i would be so chuffed
