Step Chart not updating

Hi Chandoo Experts,
Hope all are staying safe. I was wondering if you can take a look at my step chart. I've added some dates towards the end of the table but it doesn't seem to be updating on the chart. Can you show me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks Joe, from Michigan.

Hi Joe, File you uploaded sees to be corrupted. Also there was an earlier warning about circular reference. But could not look at the file since it won't open.

Select the chart and you see this:


The Purple and Blue boxes around the data show what the chart sees
Simply drag the lower Right Corner Handles down
