Square meters calculator

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a square meters calculator where the user would select either mm or feet/inches and enter the length and width in the selected unit of measurement. Is it possible to use the same cells for both mm and ft/inches where the macro will adjust the format of the cells for length and width according to the UOM?

Excel has a rarely used, formula called "CONVERT", It help to convert from one unit to another very easily..
