I think there is some confusion here , and I'll try to clear it.
Chandoo.org is an organization with a certain set of products and services on offer.
This particular forum was started by Chandoo , who heads Chandoo.org , but over the years it has evolved into a forum which is mostly serviced by unpaid volunteers !
I would have expected that the Chandoo.org representative ( Sujatha Srinivas ) who directed you to post your query on this forum , would have either explained all these details to you , or communicated your problem to one of us , so that we would be in the know of things , as and when you posted your query here. As it stands , your question has puzzled most of us , and probably left you puzzled as well.
As Hui has already mentioned , since a lot of the questions which are posted on this forum are answered by people who are not really connected with Chandoo.org , we have no idea what you are talking about when you refer to something which you might have either received or purchased from Chandoo.org
If you can explain your problem in as much detail as possible , including of course uploading of the file in question , we can help.
Unfortunately , this forum does not have any provision for uploading files or attaching files to posts ; what you can do is to use your preferred public file-sharing website , and upload your file(s) there , give others permission to access and download your file(s) , and then post the access link here , in this same topic.
