With reference to the attach sample file, I am trying to rotate the bullet chart in a vertical position, but, the Rotation command is not activated (snap shot attached).
As far as I know that has never been implemented
There are several similar prompts in many dialogs that are there but not accessible either in Excel or via VBA
Whether or not they show up in future chart, who knows?
