Sir, i understand that it will take time but it would really be a great help to me as i have got stuck in my works.
All i need is to add the required no of layers.
I hope you will understand the situation.
Sir I know it will take some of your precious time but it is my humble request to you to please consider this work. And as you are proficient in MS Excel,I believe you will do it in less time. All it needs is minor changes so that it will give the desired output.
It really will be great help sir.

As You would understand..
... even 'minor changes' would easy means 24hrs 'minor coding' or more!
... and after that 'some more times with testing'
... and so on!
I normally ever won't use term 'minor' with these.
... but it would be sure that I would do it quicker than You.
I can put it in my list ...

Hello Mr. Vletm nice to see you after long time 
Here i have a small doubt which is "in output sheet boxes alignment is slightly misaligned". As per previous conversation it will happened due to version change.
Here with i would like to request you to clarify for which version width of the column & height of row is suggestible.
And another one is for me & Mr. PRO have a same common problem is our chainage was starting from some around 200+000 (it will be changed due to our packages & locations) but this strip chart is starting with 0+000 will you do any favor in this issue pls....

where someone would do setting for 'rowheight'! = 'tmp's Cell A1.
That has depend Excel-version!
I use value 14!

Hello Sir, Good to see you
Attached strip chart was downloaded from reply # 84. I made some corrections like adding chainage up to 300+000.
In this strip chart my chainage starts from 220+150 but the boxes is showing some around 226+440, and you can see that the boxes are slightly moved towards right side (image also enclosed).
when am adding the chainage in output sheet, the file was going hang for few seconds.

Few of them our Road Projects will starts with Chainage like 086+060 or 220+115 or 551+865 or 2102+254, it will vary by our road projects and it depend upon its length.
I was tried to change the cell value in "BY11" instead of "000+000" with "220+115" it is not allowing when I click on "DO IT".

... No! Let it be 100%! All matters! 100% as below.

how long time it would take to make whole 'output'-sheet?
One sec or few seconds or even more longer?
Many cases, if need to do something more ... it would take longer time.

Hmm.. why did I try to give some hints? and You do something different?
There are rules how this would work!
It's much easier to get wrong result that 100% correct,
especially if not follow rules or hints!
Eg if You write to 'wrong' cell word 'cat' ... maybe it won't work!

Sir you are mistaken me, what i mean is if the chainge Value stars with 0+000 to 100+000 then the calculation part is low so that the excel will not hang, while am making the chainage value 0+000 to 500+000 the calculation part taking more time, thats what i mean it, thats why was requested you if there is any chance to change 0+000 replace with some 200+000, I think it is not possible.

The strip chart downloaded at Reply # 60 enclosed for your reference.
from Column no. "CO to DB" there is a tabular form it giving that top layer with its locations.

Hi,
That was for your reference (enclosed copy).
In our input we got that only what was the work done at site, but we cant find how much work is to be done, so we have to depend on Strip Charts.
That tabular form will help us to know at what location works was pending.
In new format that tabular form was missing. I need that tabular form back again in the latest file.

Sorry i mean am trying to show what i need.
"Top Level" with same heading they 2 two types.
First one is Vertical boxes that shows top layer on Top.
Second one with same heading "Top Level" it generating in text that says the on which location to which location is Top layer. I need that one.
Both Top Levels are required in the latest file. (off-course first one is working good & need as well as second one also)
