"POPUP Message"

Hello again guys,
Still working on my project. I read a lot of the popup threads, but none of them fit me. I guess mine is less complicated, for you of course.
This time:
1.-I would like a "popup message" saying !!!MAKING QUOTA!!!, if B6 is in green, if not then !!! IN THE RED!!!
2.-Another "pUp MSG" saying !!!BETTER THAN LAST YEAR!!!, if B6>B14, or !!! BELLOW LAST YEAR!!! If B14>B6

Note: If !!! MAKING QUOTA!!!, then, no needs for !!!BETTER THAN LAST YEAR!!!, If "BTLY", and "!!!ITR!!!", then "!!! ITR!!! First, then "BTLY" second.

I have written my requests in the spreadsheet as well, I figure is helpful for you.

It is very difficult to access the CF colors of a CF cell
But you can access the same logic as the CF

So why not simply add messages to C6 and C14
With some CF as well to set colors

I figured it was difficult. I already have set the rules for the colors and all, but I thought it would be cool to my employees, my. Regional Manager and anyone who opens this SS to have a pop-up message because it would make us to focus in a certain matter. Obviously, this SS is a tiny example of what the project is all about. Our SS will be calculating more than $3.0 M. What about an animated message? I wouldn't like it to be to close to the actual cell, maybe at the very top of the SS, and moving from left to right?
I want my project to be fun to work with.

Well, thank you very much for your response. I had the messages like that in my older SS, but I would like to learn something more complicated, and share it.
