Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums

A few questions:

Why do you want it in a pop-up window?

Would simply moving the user to the Pivot Table worksheet when a certain event occurs suffice?

Do you still want the Pop-up widow to have the ability to shrink or expand a selection like W45 is in your example or simply display all the data?

KH_03,

The attached file has a pivot table, with a Report Filter in Row B.

Changing the Project would change the Pivot

Hi Hui,

Thanks!

I want to maximize the view of the spreadsheet, currently i only doing "new window" to view the 2 sheets (Pivot table & Form 1) at the same time. I can put the Pivot table in the pop-up window, i could move the pop-up window upper most of the screen for me to see the whole spread sheet of Form1 (by the way, Form1 has many data, it extend up to 15-20 rows).

Yes in the 2nd question. i Just want to view only all the data.

Hi KH_03,

OK, you can try the Camera functionality in Excel, this will create a picture of your Pivot Table that you can drag aground the sheet.

Hope this helps.

Hi Kel,

I have used the Camera in Excel, to take a snapshot of the Pivot Table, and copied it to both your other sheets. The snapshot would update as the Pivot is updated.
