Pivot Table Help(Sum within a sum)

I'm trying to do a sum within a sum in a pivot table. For example I'm doing the sales by different customer groups over a 10 year period. I want to be able to look at those customers with sales as a whole but also by individual years or only summing say the last 3 years. Also is there a way to look at the same information on the products they buy and combing all the sales data on that side if someone was looking at related products and wanted to combine certain product lines.

I'm at work doing this and it's not letting me upload. do you have any email address I could send you some screen shots of the data to see what I'm talking about and be able to post that on here for me because it's not letting me post those either. Our IT department pretty much has a lock down on the web

You can create dummy data and upload from home, what we want is just how your data is organized in the work-shseet and what do you want in output from it. Ideally, you can upload file to Dropbox, or any other online service and drop its link here.

I posted a link from google docs so that you good see the data. In the graph you can see the years broken down from 2000, 2001, 2002 ect and what I am trying to do is to be able to combine that data into one year on the graph but give the user of the pivot table the option to choose what year or years they want to see without having it broken apart by the year.
