Organizational Charts

I need some ideas about how to create several departmental organizational charts on separate sheets that feed the data entered into them back to a master database spreadsheet/table is this possible or would it be very complicated?

Welcome to the forums, it depends, what is the size of the organization you are dealing with?

800 employees but the org charts will be broken up into sites for which the max number of individuals might be something like30, sites range from 6-30 employees
 
You can add shapes and then link then to the cells that contains site-wise names but again that will be hectic. its up to you if you can do that.
 
Yeah that seems like alot of work haha.... but how do you go about that so I can play around with it and see if it would work.
