New worksheet when data changes in column A

I have a worksheet that has over 8,000 rows and goes to Column BD. I would like to move data every time the value changes in column A. I will end up with 13 worksheets in the workbook each with the data just for that property. I have attached a very simple reduced copy of the worksheet. This is basically a list of properties with a lot of data and as each property name changes i want all data connected to that property (all rows and columns) to move to a new worksheet. Thank you for any suggestions.
