Need to define Range Names

I want to define range name but have huge data with unique records count is 190 and these unique records have 2/3 sub records. Now i defined a range to these unique records and also define a link range for the sub records so that if i select unique record then in another cell i see drop down list with the sub records in it.


now i have issue as i am having huge no. of unique records and sub records for them will need to define 190 range names which will hectic and also may create few wrong range names hence is there any way by which i can minimize my work of defining so many range names without error.

You may want to read a post about Automating repetitive Tasks where I discus using cells which contain the Names and Adjacent Cells with the formulas and then upload them to Named Formulas via small VBA script
