Need Help With Pareto Chart

I have built a Pareto Chart with a dual axis. My Pareto line is based on the accumalative % and looks similar to the one I saw in Wikipedia and on the Pareto Chart template this website offers. Sadly, my boss wants the Pareto line to start at the top of the bar of my first data element. I would object, but the same Wikipedia article on "Pareto Chart" shows it done both ways.


Is anyone familiar with Pareto Charts and how to manipulate the second axis? I have played around in the format axis (axis options) but to be honest I don't have a clue what I am doing in there. Trial and error is not working. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Dont have your cummulative line start at 0, have it start at the value of Column 1
