Need help with countifs function combobox

I have a sales data where I have sale information from 4 different vendors for lat 4 months. I have put both vendor list and months in two different combobox. Now I am facing problems writing a countifs (or the required) formula where if I select a particular vendor I should be able to see his sales data, depending on the selection on the other combobox (month) for eg. If I select vendor A (Vendor combobox) and overall (Month combobox) It should show the overall sales and when I select a particular month it should show me the monthly sales information.

I have added two fields to your data table as well as an extra calc on the calculations sheet. I hope that is ok

That allows me to use simple formulas to do what you want

Thankyou so much it worked perfectly. Just 1 problem sorry i forgot to mention this before, I don't want the formula to calculate cancelled orders. I need count of good orders excluding cancelled.
