Need formulas for MED Billing

Hi


I cleaned up my spreadsheet that Deb and Narayan had helped me with and have two more questions if anyone could help. The questions are noted in the spreadsheet as well.


1. NEED FORMULA FOR:

IF A14=A13 AND H14 = 07. Unscheduled THEN E14 WILL BE 7DAYS LESS THAN D14 THEN F13 WILL BE ONE DAY LESS THAN E14


2. NEED FORMULA FOR:

J AND K TO INCLUDE ONLY THE FEB DATES FROM E11 AND F 11

2. I'm not really sure what you mean here?

Thank you - could you please check sheet two in the attached, here is what comes up when I put your formulas in, I may not be entering them correctly. We bill monthly from 2/1 - to 2/28 and "Types" can overlap dates at the start and end of month, so I trying to find a formula that just picks up the days in the month I am billing - I have a formula in there now, it just leaves of the 2/1 from the begining and the end dates off maybe you can correct that - thanks.

The K5 is amazing for the month - you are so smart!!!!! Thank you immensly.


I see the 07. Unscheduled is causing too many problems here because it is the only Type that can occur any where in the mix of types and depending on the days assigned to each type prior and after it - the FROM & TO dates can be different. I think I will leave out the 07 - can you kindly take out the O7 from your formulas and resend if it is not too much trouble - I am so in awe of the formula you used for the K5 set up - my husband said he has never seen anything like that.

Please download the file again.. I have removed criteria for "07. Unscheduled"..

Still if you can provide some more example.. then I think it also can be achievable..
