Need cells to auto populate

Right now, I complete this task manually and was wondering if there was an automatic way of having it completed.

I fill in E5 and E9.

Depending on where E5 falls between K45-K50 and L45-L50, I need C45-C50 moved to G19 and D45-D50 moved to I19. In this example, it would be row 48. So, I need C48 moved to G19 and D48 moved to I19.

For E9, I need E9 copied to J27-J41 depending on where E9 falls between P27-P41 and R27-R41. I then need I27-I41 moved to G22 and G23. K27-K41 would be moved to I23 and L27-L41 would be moved to I22. In this example, E9 would be moved J28. So, I need I28 moved to G22 and 23; K28 moved to I23; L28 moved to I22.

Then, if C45 and D45 or C46 and D46 are used, I need K19 to read “Yes” and if any of the other rows are used (C47-C50 thru D47 – D50), I need K19 to read “No”.

Do you mean where E5 falls in between C45:D50

Why is it Row 48 instead of the others? Please explain the logic

Sorry, that should read, "Depending on where F44 falls between K45-K50 and L45-L50 I need C45-C50 moved to G19 and D45-D50 moved to I19."
F44 is 36 so it falls between K48 (34) and L48 (100). So, I need C48 moved to G19 and D4 moved to I19. In another file, F44 may be 3. 3 falls between K46 and L46 so C46 would be moved to G19 and D46 would be moved to I19.
