Multiplying times by hours in multiple spreadsheets not calculating [SOLVED]

Hello,

I have (what I think is) a complicated spreadsheet (link below) in which on the Daily Living Assistance Charges tab is the legend of charges. On the Calculation Sheet tab you will see that 15 minutes has been entered & totals to $64.58 as a minimum weekly cost. This also reflect the Package Agreement tab too where the Amount to be Invoiced Each Month = $279.85

My problem is that according to the Daily Living Assistance Charges this should equal $64.40 per week and $279.10 per month.

Are you able to assist in helping me find a solution in this formula please?

I am still trying to understand what your requirement is ; can you clarify ?


Let us take the following times :


1. Any time between 00:00 and 00:07


2. Any time between 00:08 and 00:22


3. Any time between 00:23 and 00:37


4. Any time between 00:38 and 00:52


5. Any time between 00:53 and 01:07


In the above cases , would the rounded up time be as follows :


00:00 , 00:15 , 00:30 , 00:45 , 01:00


If this is so , then your formula in T53 should be :


=ROUND(Y49*96,0)*"00:15"


Can you clarify / confirm ?

Your model has no connection between "Daily Living Assistance Charges"!F5 of 9.20 and Rates!C1 = 36.90


For "Calculation Sheet"!Y54 to be 64.40 instead of 64.58

Rates!C1 must be = 36.80 not 36.90


36.80 = 64.40/7/24/0.010416777


0.010416777 = 15 Mins = 1/24/4
