Movement in Sheet very slow

It is difficult to move in sheet where the data validation exists. What could be the reason??

What do you call difficult as it appears very normal to me ?

There is no lag when you move with keyboard or mouse, select cells, or enter values etc
 
when i move with my keyboard i hardly can move without creating a lag in areas where data validation is created .. i was easily doing it for all the workbook but only those portion the keyboard movement was problematic... for example D5:D60 (Or others with the same ColorCode) the right keyboard button creates a lag... strange if it is only me.. will check on other systems..
 
I'd close all other applications, especially browsers and even re-boot
