Most Common Text Value

Hi all,


Just a quick question (I have done a search, and wasn't able to find a working finished post) about finding the most common text value in a column?


For example, I have column J, the entirety of J (can sometimes be 1-100, sometimes 1-500) filled with varying strings of text. Job descriptions to be precise. I need a formulae that can be put into a cell that will show the value that has come up the most?


If possible also, if it can be tweaked to show the second and third most common text stings also?
