Make Scheduler based on start and end date as per the frequency the month column auto populate

I am looking for a VBA codes for the situation like, I am having a excel database of customer having annual contract with us and the condition of each contract differs from other. Based on Start and End date and number of visits in a month the months column should auto populate evenly. Sample file uploaded

I am suppose to provide monthly schedule visits to my clients. The period can be any from Start Date to End date. During this period scope of visits can be 12 or 6 or 4 in a year. Now I want if scope is 12 visits the period between start and end all 12 months will show as due and if scope is 6 visits every alternate month of the period should show due. Hope its clear.
