I need help please

I need to link these two sheets up so that in the red box it displays the correct FIT return for all the data on that sheet. I dont know what formula I would put in the red box to make this happen please help.

I need to be able to get the information on sheet two to be displayed in the currently red box, so that is uses all the information on sheet one in the formula then chooses the correct return rate in sheet two if that makes sense ?

You haven't told us what the forumlas are to determine what qualifies and what doesn't

Is there a web site somewhere that explains the rules ?

Ill explain fully, for the EPC if it is in category A,B,C or D it qualifies for a higher rate anything below is a lower rate.
Any solar PV fitted before 03/03/2012 or one fitted on a high EPC band at any date qualifies for the higher FIT rate. any solar PV system fitted on a low EPC home or fitted on or after 03/03/2012 qualifies for the lower FIT rate. Systems that have not been certified will not be eligible. Systems installed before 01/04/2010 are not eligible . The actual FIt rate must be calculated.
