Hi,


I have sheet of file size 34 mb. As per the request I have to copy 70 cells and paste for 2,00,000 cells.(I am able to perform the copy and paste the formula for max of 1000 rows only - due to some restriction in excel). After pasting formulas in all the 2,00,000 cells the file size has gone to 300mb. Now i have 2 questions.


1.How to copy and paste the formula for entire 2,00,000 cells?

2.How to reduce the file size after pasting the formula?

Firstly Save the file as an Excel Binary File type *.xlsb


Secondly are you sure you have to do the copy/paste?

Is there a way through formulas to do what your trying to achieve?

Obviously without data we cannot probably give you detail info


Can the data area be saved as a Data base and accessed via a Query?


Also think about adding more RAM to your PC! 8 GB is good 16GB is great
