How use picture in cell as content.

Pictures sit as objects on top of the worksheet and not as a property of the cell

Goto Insert, Picture
Select the file, Insert

Scale the file to fit the cell

How I picture show in cell from picture folder by picture name. Picture Name have in another cell.
I would like to use lots of picture in excel name wise quickly.
