When asking questions, try and think about what we will need to know to assist you.

In this case the data will be great but also a description of

Is the data a summary?

Is it comparing historical time periods against previous periods?

Is it showing trends?

Is it comparing an Actual to a Budget / Forecast?

Is all important info to know.

Other tools you may want to consider:

Can you use Incell Chart like Sparklines?

Can you use Conditional Formatting to add Color, Icons, Thematics etc?

Dear Faseeh & Hui,

Hi Pavi,

Without Joking or Kidding, this is really a good report. I my opinion there is no need for any further formatting for this report. Just go with it with Confidence. That's all.

Only thing you can/may want to change is perhaps color scheme. (not necessary but optional)

Hi Faseeh,

Tell me if you will submit this report then what colour scheme will you use.

just asking because you are one on the Excel Ninja.

Regards,

Pavi.

Pavi,

I could have used Medium Style 17 to 21 for Tables (Ref. to Excel 2007). :) Better use your own aesthetic sense and what your boss likes/dislikes, there are some color which are "in" in certain regions.

Consider print-ability of color, whether printing in color or grays' all these things count. :)

Best of Luck!!
