How to Force Excel 2013 to show VBA help from Local?

Hi Friends,
I have downloaded 'Excel 2013 Developer Documentation.chm".Is there anyway that if I press F1,excel should take me to local help not to internet as it used to be in earlier version of excel?I have placed this chm file in my desktop. Do I need to place it somewhere else? Thanks for reading this.

Hi, rumshar!
As Hui pointed standalone VBA help files are the only solution. It might sound incredible, stupid or evil, but it's the truth: MS isn't playing fair, it should be planning more moves in next versions.

I had got the .chm file from that link only...Went through the links provided...did I forget to say thanks for that?.....Question to myself..."What did you understand?". My Ans: Have 2010 also installed in your system.
You may write off my idea but ..I don't have to worry about license..it is office system....cheers..
