How to create chart from Pivot Table

Hi all,


I have created a pivot table - comparison sales before and after changed of menu. I'm not sure the whether the table is correct or not and how to create chart as well.

Select a cell in one of the Pivot Tables

Goto the PivotTable Tools, Options Tab

Select Pivot Chart

Select a Chart Type

Apply

Hi Hui,


I tried it and there is one line only and the "sales after changed of menu" details not appear.


It will be great if you can log into the file and comment again.

Not sure what you are doing but I downloaded your workbook and selected a cell and made a chart with no problem and "sales after changed menu" is shown. I have upload you workbook with a chart to my Dropbox

As a pivot chart you can select, change, move sort and filter fields just like a pivot table

Hi,


I have tried to create the pivot table but look like something incorrect.


I would like to create pivot table for:


1) report by category

2) Top 10 item by quantity

3) Top 10 item by price

4) Lowest item


Anyone can help me? I'm running out of time
