How to change the chart title with respect to the multiple slicers selection.

What do you want the Title to say ?

year , month,type,name (slicers) in chart title, if i click on slicer year - 2015 , Month - Jan , Name - casing , type - spares. it should come in chart title like

2015 Jan Casing spares

Mr.Hui Excellent ,i got my requirement ,thank you very much. i would like to have small correction,i am having total 4 slicers. if i click on 2 slicers ,but the chart title showing 4 slicers info.
