How change the data array limit in frequency formula?

I made the frequency formula with following parameters:

DATA ARRAY BP3:BP326

BIN ARRAY BQ3:BQ24

FINALLY Press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.

But excel respond and show:

Cannot enter on array formula into a range of cells which are not locked on all unlocked.

Please recommend something for fix the problem. I think is the array limit .

Just a hunch ;), but I think the issue isn't with the formula, but with the cells you are trying to enter the formula into. What cell(s) are you putting the formula? You mentioned confirming it as an array, but the native FREQUENCY function doesn't need to be array entered. Did you check the Locked status of the cells? IS the sheet protected currently?
