Formula for Multiple Criteria Match and Return Whole Row of Data

I want to match a store on multiple criteria which are listed below and return all stores that match the criteria.

Can someone give me a formula I can use to match on these criteria and return the results I am after.

Conditions
1. If size within 10%
2. Store Demographic same
3. select store within 10% of daily book sales
4. Store within 5% of OTC

Excel Sheet
I have attached my excel sheet it has the existing stores on one worksheet and the new store on a separate worksheet. I want to compare the new store to the existing stores using the criteria range in the table and load all the information on the stores that match.

I have tried If formulas and match but have not had any success.
