Comparison Calculator Formula

Objective
I want to create a calculator that lets me know when a new store is purchased what stores are similar. When a store matches on the below criteria I want the all the stores information in the table to appear.

Criteria
Store size within 10% of new store
Store same demographic
Store within 5% of Book Sales
Store within 10% of GP

Can you explain this :

when a new store is purchased what stores are similar.

Your table has data for 5 stores ; which store is to be considered as the new store ? Will it be the store in the last row in the table ?

Hi instead of matching on one criteria at a time I want to match on all of them at the same time
