Hui Excel Ninja Staff member Feb 3, 2010 #2 Excel will automatically put a pair of ' around Sheet names with spaces eg: ='Sheet 1'!A1 + Sheet1!A1 So you can do whatever you want Personally, I try and minimise the use of spaces, it keeps formulas neater
