Find below the Link i require formula to complete the project on following 2 options.

i) Nos of month required based on current progress


ii) If the project has to complete within Aug-13 what should be the productivity every month.

1) Nos of Month Required to complete the project based on the Cumulative Actual, based on the last 4 months

=COUNT(F$4:F$17)*1/F$7


2) Suppose if the project has to complete end of August then what should be monthly co-efficient for the remaining 5 months

ps: I count 6 months remaining

The formula is: =(1-F$7)/(ROWS(F$4:F$13)-COUNT(F$4:F$17))
