Extract data based on criteria

I have a worksheet with over 2,700 lines that lists data for different properties (property meaning apartment community). It is sorted in order by property name. I need to extract data for each property to a new worksheet everytime the property name changes. I will end up with 125 (that is number of properties)worksheets in the workbook each with varying number of rows of data. Please help. I did find one similar when I searched but not the same.
